1. About Us

Forget Me Not Designs is a small business creating and selling handmade wooden décor, including signs with humorous or lighthearted slogans.

2. Handmade Products

Each item is handmade, meaning variations in color, texture, and finish are normal and part of the product’s charm. Product photos are examples — your item may differ slightly.

 

3. Ordering and Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

• Payment is due in full at checkout.

• We accept the payment methods shown on our website.

• Orders are not processed or shipped until payment is received.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing times vary depending on the product and order volume; estimated times will be stated on the product listing.

• We ship to the address provided at checkout — please double-check before placing your order.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

• Once your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can work with you on a replacement or refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

 

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, unless work has already begun on a custom item.

• After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, and website content are the property of Forget Me Not Designs. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forget Me Not Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Effective Date.”
